LSLMC
Membership
To become a member of the LSL Mothers Club you must live in the Lake St. Louis community & be a mother (or mother-to-be) with children of any age. There an annual fee of $15.00. The organization's year begins in September & has monthly meetings every first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. A typical meeting allows time for chatting and greeting friends, occasionally a guest speaker, a business meeting to plan future events, and time to enjoy the snacks brought by volunteer "hostesses". There are no meetings in the months of June, July & August. With a membership to the LSL Mothers Club you will receive a monthly newsletter describing upcoming activities and the location of the next meeting (typically at the LSLCA Club house) and also a roster of all the members names with their phone numbers. Double click on the link to our membership form and mail it to our club's vice president (information is listed on the form) to get started. Meeting new people is the most-cited reason for joining the group and getting out-of-the-house ranks a close second. For families who may be new to the area, this group is the best thing that will happen to them. New members not only meet lots of friendly faces, but the people in the group share the fact that they all have kids, and as everyone knows - raising kids is not something that can be done in a vacuum. Support and friendship for moms, the kids and even dads are a direct result of being involved with the Mothers Club. Just ask any member!
