A: Yes! General Admission includes the opportunity to take your own photos with Santa. For a professional photo experience with Santa’s Express Lane and digital images, consider upgrading to a VIP ticket.

A: Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. This helps us ensure enough cookies and materials for all participants.
Q: Is this event indoors or outdoors?
A: The event will be held indoors, so you can enjoy the holiday fun regardless of the weather.
Q: Can I bring additional children or guests without a ticket?
A: We kindly request that all attendees reserve a ticket in advance, including for children participating in cookie decorating, to ensure we have enough supplies.
Q: Are gluten-free cookies made in a certified gluten-free kitchen?
A: The gluten-free cookies are prepared with care, but the kitchen is not certified gluten-free. If your child has severe allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to us for more information.

A: By attending this event, you’re already helping us support family-centered events and scholarships in the community. Additional donations are always welcome and can be made at the event or through our website.
