Where Did We Come From?In 1976, a group of mothers formed an organization called "Preschoolers." They started with approximately 9 moms and grew to 14 the second year. The main purpose of the group was to establish a babysitting co-op.
In 2002, the club elected to change it's name to the Lake Saint Louis Mothers Club. This name change was made to help new mothers arriving in our community identify us & outside organizations to understand better who we are. Join us weekly at the Community Association Clubhouse either Friday or Saturday morning. We also offer an afternoon bi-monthly playgroup that meets to for the benefit of working parents. We also have a babysitter club! Our Mission Statement:
Who We Are Today! The Lake Saint Louis Mothers Club (LSLMC) is an organization for both "Career" and "Stay at Home" Mothers and their families living in Lake Saint Louis and surrounding areas.
Our organization is a not-for-profit and raises money through fundraising events throughout the year. These fundraising events allow us to enrich the lives of children and families. Over the years we have been responsible for thousands of dollars donated to the Lake Saint Louis community. Each year the club donates funds and purchases equipment to benefit a wide range of groups and individuals in our community. |
